MY story
HELLO, I’M diana.
A few years ago, my husband and I decided we wanted a different kind of life.
A little more space, little more freedom, & a little less rushing.
We traded convenience for gardens, animals, muddy boots, and the endless lessons that come with living closer to the land.
What we found wasn’t some picture-perfect homestead.
It was hard work, mistakes, projects that didn’t go as planned, and moments that made us wonder what we had gotten ourselves into.
But it was also peace and purpose.
It was learning that wealth has very little to do with having more, and everything to do with building a life that feels rich.
The Wealthy Acre grew out of that journey.
This is a place for honest conversations about rural living, growing what you can, becoming more self-reliant, caring for animals, building financial resilience, and creating a life that gives you more freedom and less dependence.
I don’t have all the answers, and I’m still learning every day. But if you dream of a slower, more intentional life, or you’re simply looking for practical ideas and a little encouragement along the way, you’re in the right place.
